iPad & iPhone:
It's possible that your device went into standby mode due to your battery setting at General Settings > Auto-Lock. Please try downloading again with the power supply plugged in and your Auto-Lock setting set to “Never”.
It's possible that your device's power saving mode or a third-party task manager or battery app are preventing the Texture app from automatically downloading new issues.
Make sure background data is enabled.
Battery saver mode should be disabled.
If you're using an app such as Greenify or Juice Defender, set the permissions to allow Texture to run in the background.
Please try again with the power supply plugged in.
