iPad®, iPhone®, iPod touch®: I am having trouble signing in or creating an account using Safari on my iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, why?

If you are having difficulty signing in at http://www.texture.com, or if it appears you have created an account but see the following message when trying to use the "Forgot Password?" feature at http://www.texture.com:  "The email address you entered does not match any account"

  • Please check that you do not have Private Browsing enabled at: Device Settings > Safari > Private Browsing (set this to "off")
  • If you did have Private Browsing enabled, you may need to Clear Cookies and Data at: Device Settings > Safari > Clear Cookies and Data
  • Please try again
